SUPPORT THAT STAYS WITH YOUR TEAM

An assistant.
Not a training tool.

Your team doesn’t need another course to remember. They need a little clarity in the moment a customer is waiting.

spotlights lives alongside the work in Salesforce. It highlights the right field, explains what to do, and guides an agent through the process — even when that process crosses screens, records, and decisions.

The agent stays focused on the customer.
spotlights helps with what comes next.

FOR THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER

A familiar hand.
In unfamiliar territory.

For the people answering questions, solving problems, and making every customer interaction count.

01 / NEW EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING

A first day with a clear next step.

Help new colleagues handle real tasks in Salesforce. Put the instructions next to the fields and actions they need, so they can build confidence while serving customers.

02 / FEATURE & PROCESS ROLLOUTS

New features. Less head-scratching.

Turn a changed process into a guided path. Show agents what’s new, where to find it, and how to use it in the workflow they already know.

03 / COMPLEX CUSTOMER JOURNEYS

Make the complicated feel doable.

Bring clarity to the multi-screen tasks and less frequent processes that are hard to remember. Keep guidance close from the first action through the final check.

SIMPLE TO SET UP. EASY TO KEEP USEFUL.

You know the process.
Show spotlights
the way.

Create guidance right inside your application. Point to the element, write the instruction, and preview the journey. No code or Salesforce package required.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Fits your work.
Respects your team.

Is spotlights specifically for Salesforce?

Salesforce is a core use case. spotlights can guide agents across its record pages, forms, and multi-screen workflows, including standard and custom objects. As a Chrome extension, it also works with other web applications.

Does it do the work for the agent?

No. spotlights guides people through a process; they remain in control of the actions and customer decisions. It doesn’t submit forms on their behalf.

Do we need developers to configure it?

You build walkthroughs by selecting elements and adding instructions directly in your application. Preview the steps, adjust them, and share the walkthrough as a file. There’s no Salesforce package to install.

Can experienced employees use it too?

Absolutely. Guidance is just as useful for a new feature, a changed process, or an unusual customer request as it is for a new colleague. Pause it when you don’t need it and resume when you do.

PUT CLARITY WITHIN REACH

Less “where do I go?”
More “how can I help?”

Give your customer-facing team a little guidance.
Right inside the apps they use every day.
